1-Year Limited Product Guarantee

Alignco Commerce LLC, operating as AlignCart, provides a limited guarantee against eligible manufacturing defects for one year from the delivery date.

Covered

• A verified manufacturing defect preventing the product or included remote from operating as intended under normal household use.
• A component missing on delivery when reported promptly.
• Damage present on delivery when supported by clear photos or video.

Not Covered

Normal wear, cosmetic marks that do not affect function, battery depletion, water or heat damage, lost pieces, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or repair, commercial use, or damage caused by ignoring instructions and safety warnings.

Make a Claim

Email help@redre.store with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video. Do not return the item until we provide instructions.

Available Remedy

After review, we may repair or replace the affected component, replace the product, or issue an appropriate refund. The remedy depends on the issue and product availability. This guarantee is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
