United States Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is free unless a different service is shown at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 4–7 business days after processing. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and carrier or seasonal delays can occur.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent when available. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to show its first scan.

Separate Parcels

Bundle items and free gifts may ship from different fulfillment locations, arrive on different days, and have separate tracking numbers.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact help@redre.store immediately if a correction is needed. Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Lost or Marked-Delivered Orders

Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and carrier tracking first. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us with your order number.
