Where We Ship

We offer free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. Availability depends on the product and the destination. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship that order there yet.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days; some items can take up to 5 business days. Estimated transit time depends on the product and destination, and the estimate for your destination is shown on the product page. For the United States, most orders arrive about 5–16 days after ordering. For other countries, delivery can take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and carrier, customs or seasonal delays can occur.

Import Taxes and Duties

Outside the United States and Canada, your country may charge import taxes, VAT or customs duties when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent when available. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to show its first scan. You can also use our Track Order page.

Separate Parcels

Items in the same order may ship from different fulfillment locations, arrive on different days, and have separate tracking numbers.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact aligncart@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Lost or Marked-Delivered Orders

Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and carrier tracking first. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us with your order number.
