30-Day Returns
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Contact aligncart@gmail.com before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Peekaboo Decals
Peekaboo decals are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once their original packaging is opened, their backing is removed, or they are applied. Unopened, unused decals remain subject to the standard 30-day conditions. This restriction does not remove mandatory remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items, which take precedence over any shorter deadline stated here. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. After review, we may replace the affected item or component, or issue an appropriate refund.
Free Gifts and Bundles
If an order that qualified for a free gift is returned, the gift must also be returned unused and complete. If it is not returned, its listed retail value may be deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Cancellations
We will try to cancel or change an order before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started.
