This store is operated by Alignco Commerce LLC under the AlignCart brand. By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders and Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars unless a local currency is shown at checkout. We may correct pricing, inventory, or listing errors and may cancel an affected order with a full refund. An order is accepted when payment is approved and fulfillment begins.

Products and Safety

Product colors and packaging may vary slightly from images. Electrical products (GlowSync, SnowGlow and GraceLight) are for indoor use; follow the supplied instructions, use only the supplied adapter or cable, and stop using the product if it or its adapter is damaged. GraceLight contains magnets: keep it away from small children and pets, and keep magnets away from pacemakers or other implanted medical devices. Small parts and magnets can be dangerous if swallowed; if that happens, seek immediate medical attention. PeepCreep decals are for use on your own property or with permission. Pet products are not toys or safety equipment, and a pet should always be supervised.

Offers and Discounts

Promotions apply only while displayed. Automatic discounts, such as savings on multiple items, are applied in your cart and at checkout and cannot be combined where the checkout does not allow it. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

Shipping, Taxes, Returns, and Guarantee

Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and 1-Year Limited Product Guarantee are incorporated into these terms. Outside the United States and Canada, import taxes and customs duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit false information, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alignco Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
