Peekaboo Decal Return Policy

Applies only to Peekaboo Window Prank Decal. This product-specific policy supplements our Return & Refund Policy. It does not change the return terms for other products.

Opened decals: no change-of-mind returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for Peekaboo decals once the original product packaging has been opened, the adhesive backing has been removed, or the decal has been used or applied. Please check the selected design, dimensions and intended surface before opening the packaging.

Unopened decals

Unused decals in their original unopened packaging remain eligible for return under our standard 30-day return conditions. Contact us before sending a return. Our general return policy explains authorization, return shipping and refund processing.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items

The opened-packaging restriction applies only when you change your mind. It does not exclude remedies for a faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially not-as-described product. Opening the packaging to discover a problem does not by itself remove those rights.

Contact us promptly through our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it where practical. We will provide a remedy as required by applicable consumer law; please contact us before returning the item.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act protections and applicable consumer rights in Canada and the United States. Any mandatory local rights take precedence over this policy and over any shorter deadline in our general policy.
